Annual Company Events
Hack Days
Twice per year, team members from different departments join together to work on an experimental project for an entire workday. The goal is to boost morale, foster a culture of innovation, and promote collaboration in a stress-free environment. Our teams are encouraged to problem-solve, build prototypes, and tackle new challenges outside of their typical day-to-day responsibilities.
Punchcard Connects
Every September, we bring our entire remote team from across the country to Edmonton for an exciting week filled with events focused on collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. From workshops and guest speakers to mixers and team-building activities, Punchcard Connects gives our team a chance to unwind, socialize, and connect with one another!
Punchcard Celebrates
Every March, our entire remote team gathers for three days of rest, relaxation, and adventure in a picturesque, mountain-setting outside of Edmonton. Joined by their loved ones and families for the informal retreat, our team members are encouraged to unplug, recharge, and celebrate our collective achievements together in a scenic and tranquil environment.
