What to Expect (When You’re Expecting An Interview)
Our streamlined interview process is designed to help us get to know you and your skills as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

If your experience and skillset align with what we’re looking for, we will contact you to schedule an initial 30-minute phone screening. This is a simple and friendly introduction to get to know you better, discuss your background, see how we can grow together, and explore a potential fit at Punchcard.

After the initial phone screening, if there is alignment and positive vibes on both sides, we’ll proceed with a 60-minute virtual interview that focuses on your technical competencies. You’ll meet with various members of our delivery team to discuss your experience and evaluate your technical abilities.

The final step in our interview process is a 60-minute culture interview to ensure alignment on shared values and collective goals. This last conversation is designed to be free-flowing with casual conversation and open dialogue with different members of our team. It’s your last chance to make a great impression!
