What is our Digital Workplace Assessment?
We offer a strategic assessment and advisory service to evaluate your organization on eight digital workplace competencies to identify areas of improvement.
Our unique approach combines artificial intelligence-powered analysis with consultant-facilitated interviews with various members of your business to assess core competencies.
Upon review of each core competency, your organization will be assigned a numeral value (level 100-500) representative of where your business stands today based on the Maturity Model for Microsoft 365 and a clear and actionable report with prioritized recommendations to improve your performance in each competency.

Our assessment and advisory process is defined by 3 key steps that take place over a 2-week sprint:

Our process kicks off with 3-5 core interviews with senior-level employees from various departments including HR, IT, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to gather as much reporting data as possible for review.

2. AI-Powered Analysis
