What is our Digital Workplace Assessment?
We offer a strategic assessment and advisory service to evaluate your organization on eight digital workplace competencies to identify areas of improvement.
Our unique approach combines artificial intelligence-powered analysis with consultant-facilitated interviews with various members of your business to assess core competencies.
Upon review of each core competency, your organization will be assigned a numeral value (level 100-500) representative of where your business stands today based on the Maturity Model for Microsoft 365 and a clear and actionable report with prioritized recommendations to improve your performance in each competency.

Maturity Model for Microsoft 365
Maturity Model for Microsoft 365 concentrates on defining a set of business competencies that resonate with Microsoft. The evaluation of these competencies allow organizations to figure out where they are in a particular function to better:

Level 100Initial
Initial is the default starting state for any business using Microsoft 365. Typically, businesses in this level operate using people-driven processes, lack both documentation and discipline, and usually have many ways of doing the same thing with varying results. Level 200Managed

Our assessment and advisory process is defined by 3 key steps that take place over a 2-week sprint:
